Shipping and Returns
When Free Shipping is offered your item(s) will ship with the carrier of our choice but will be either USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We do not use Parcel Post or any other economy services so you order will get to you fast. A handling fee of $1.00 is charged on all orders (even on free shipping orders) to cover packaging, etc.
Currently we only ship to U.S. addresses, addresses in Alaska & Hawaii are OK but customers will pay a fixed SURCHARGE even when orders qualify for Free Shipping.We do not ship internationally or to any APO or FPO addresses. The reason we only ship domestically is due in part to the many restrictions on shipping our products to international destinations.
Most orders will ship directly from our main warehouse in Vandalia, MO 63382, and this is the ship from address that all of our shipping rates will be calculated from.
Once you have completed the checkout process, your order will be submitted to the warehouse to be pulled packaged and shipped unless your order was placed after 4:00 p.m. CST on Friday, a holiday or over the weekend, in which cases the item will be processed the following business day. We try to get your orders shipped within 24 hours from the time you place your order (during business days), however, most orders will require from 24-48 hours to process and ship. During the Holiday Season process and shipping times may increase slightly.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights above 0.6 oz will be rounded up to the next full pound. Weights of 0.6 oz and below generally qualify for USPS First Class Mail unless the product is specifically restricted by the carrier, like ammunition. Ammunition must ship UPS Ground only.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
Due to liabilities and insurance limitations we can not accept convenience returns on ammunition purchases. If you received defective, damaged ammo or the wrong item(s) please contact us right away for instructions.
We do not refund any shipping charges from the original purchase. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition will be accepted only at our discretion and are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Ammo Shipping Restrictions:
You must be 21 years of age to purchase rifle & pistol ammunition. Ammunition must ship UPS ground only, no exceptions. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on ammo. Make sure you use the correct ammunition in your gun.
We can not sell and deliver ammunition if you reside in the following States or Cities: Hawaii, Alaska, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Illinois. We also can not deliver ammo to a P.O. Box. It is difficult to keep up on the changing laws in each State/City so please be aware of your local laws before placing any orders for ammunition.
Air Gun Shipping Restrictions:
Please be aware that we do our best to cover all the restrictions known to us for your convenience but ultimately it is the buyers responsibility to know the laws coverning the purchasing and possession of any item bought on our website.
If you live in one of the restricted states above where we can ship to an FFL holder you must contact us by email or phone (214-509-8391) to make the necessary arrangements for the sale and shipping of any airguns. The process is slightly different in each state but the basic process goes like this:
The customer contacts KMH Arms, LLC and provides their state and zip code along with the model of airgun they are interested in purchasing. We will then send the customer a list of FFL holders in their area from which they can select a convenient dealer. The customer then contacts the dealer and makes the necessary arrangements to receive and process their airgun, this will involve a fee paid to the FFL dealer (typically about $35). Once the customer has selected and has made the appropriate arrangements with the FFL, the customer places his order with us and provides the FFL dealer information so we can ship the gun directly to the dealer. After the gun arrives the FFL dealer will perform any necessary registration, etc. and then turn the gun over to the customer once all the state requirements are met.
Note: We are not allowed to ship most of our products to freight forwarding addresses.
Firearm Actions/Frames & Barrel Restrictions:
We are not able to ship Thompson Center pistol frames and some short pistol barrels (shotgun) to California, New York, Maryland, and Massachusetts.
