Where can I download my Firearm Sales Information form
The KMH Arms process for purchasing a firearm is as follows:
  1. Add your selected firearm(s) to your cart and check out. Note: The firearm(s) will not be reserved until payment and a signed copy of a dealerís FFL have been received.
  2. Select your FFL dealer and arrange for transfer. Find FFL dealers in your area by going to www.kmharms.com/FFLDealers.
  3. Have a copy of the FFL dealerís license sent to KMH Arms via the Firearm Sales Information form by either printing or submitting. You or your dealer can submit, scan, email, or mail in the license with the "Firearm Sales Information" form. Firearms are then shipped to your dealer. You are responsible for tracking your package and contacting your dealer to arrange pickup. Our email address is Sales@kmharms.com.
  4. Pick up your new firearm at your local dealer. Transfer fees usually apply. Dealer will fill out required paperwork and conduct the required background check.

Do you take phone orders?

Can I pay by check?
Yes. By sending your check, you are authorizing KMH Arms, LLC to make a one-time electronic debit from your account. This electronic debit will be for the face amount of your check; no additional amount will be added to this transaction for this electronic debit. If we cannot collect your electronic payment, we will issue a draft against your account instead. Please note: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a service charge of $35 or the maximum fee allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account by Certegy Check Services, Inc.
Why do you want my credit card billing address?
The address where you receive your credit card bill is the shipping address we prefer to use. A person who uses a stolen credit card has products shipped to an address other than your billing address. But, if we use only your billing address for shipping, we can help prevent credit card fraud.
Why do some items have no picture?
We sell over 19,000 products. It's quite a task to get pictures for all of them. Please bear with us as we do this.
Why was my Order Cancelled?
Typically it is because the items you ordered are not legal in either the place where it is being shipped to or your billing address. Please double check our High Capacity Laws page. We do NOT make [exceptions] for Military or Law Enforcement, if you want possess these items please get involved with your local politics. If your order is cancelled you will be issued a refund and emailed a reason for the cancellation.
